Certificate of Origin (C/O) Processing Service

According to Decision No. 523/QĐ-BCT dated February 28, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, from March 1, 2025, the Da Nang Import -Export Management Office will cease issuing licenses, export-import certificates, and certificates of origin (C/O).

Accordingly:

• For electronic C/O applications (Forms D, E, AK, VK, AJ, AANZ, AHK, RCEP, S, VC, VJ, VN-CU, and CPTPP), when traders declare on the system, the system will automatically transfer the applications to the Hanoi Import-Export Management Office for review and issuance.
• For paper-based C/O applications (Forms AI, EAV, EUR.1, EUR.1 UK), the Binh Tri Thien Import-Export Management Office will review and issue them.
